Charming downtown San Jose backyard transformation

This was a gratifying transformation. We commenced this downtown San Jose project by facilitating a meeting between our clients and our designer, ensuring that all the necessary details for the landscape design were outlined. Subsequently, our designer commenced the work. In this instance, we repurposed pavers on-site, which is an effective method of reducing landfill waste. We then mobilized our team to dismantle the existing fire pit, extract the pavers, stack them, and install drainage to all downspouts. Additionally, we installed channel drains along the basement entrance, as some of the grades presented challenges in achieving the desired slope with the existing hardscape. Furthermore, we constructed paver-bordered walkways, including a dry-set flagstone surrounded by decorative rock. Finally, we installed irrigation, plants, and decorative mulch. The customers were exceptionally pleased with the outcome.
