Vibrant reedwood deck Instaaled in San Jose, Ca

Recently, R&J Landscaping installed a stunning redwood deck in San Jose, ca , which has garnered immense satisfaction from our customers. The deck, complemented by a pergola and bistro lights, enhances the ambiance of their new outdoor space.

Prior to the installation, R&J Landscaping dismantled the existing, deteriorating wood deck. The materials from the project were responsibly transported to a certified transfer station, where the majority of debris was recycled. Subsequently, we designed and implemented a new layout in collaboration with the customer.

The construction process commenced with the demolition of the old deck. Pressure-treated framing was erected atop pier blocks, followed by the installation of vibrant redwood boards. To ensure durability, the deck was protected with multiple coats of clear weather sealer.

The project was undertaken due to the deteriorating condition of the old deck, which posed a safety hazard. Rotting boards had compromised the structural integrity of the deck, making it unsafe for walking.
